At level 4.7 the game shuffles telling you there are no more matches, even though there are, and then a WIN Access error pops up and the game crashes. I did request a refund, but because of the time I've spent playing, and because of the time I've owned the game, no refund is available. Buyer beware is the best advice I can give.
