A virtual paradise not affected by material needs and quarrels? Could a super-AI be our savior – or would it simply declare us as dispensable since it could not be taught the value of philanthropy?

It's basically a tv show with a little bit of moving around. It's reasonably well done, but the thing is, in a movie or tv show, after 15-20 minutes I'm ready for the hook. Something needs to happen. Right at that critical point in this game, where I'm just starting to get invested in the characters, it cuts to another time or parallel universe or something where I then have to replay a bunch of very similar intro scenes and it just kills the whole mood. I stopped playing shortly after this and I don't really want to go back. The game is apparently 10 hours long and from what I played it should probably be half that or less.1 found this helpful
Premise of the story is interesting and there are cool bits, but oh god the execution...is just so bad. Voice acting is mostly bad. Story is promising, but its not worth playing. I finished just because of the story but at places it went so stupid, that if i knew that i wouldve not wasted my time.1 found this helpful
NO SPOILER: First the cons so they are out of the way: - The characters show as many emotions as a Polish guy smiling. (Then it makes sense when you realise that it was made by Germans lol) - The animations overall are not that great and there are a few bugs here and there. - The controls are so awful, it feels like they got the ones from truck simulator and decided to attach them to a human character to see how it would behave. Even Tomb Raider on PS1 was smoother. And it gets worse when NPC are getting in the way That said, the game, is still "playable" as it is not an action game, and you have no time pressure to perform actions throughout the game. The pros; - Happy to see some european SF/cyberpunk, instead of the usual USA/HK/Japanese style, which surprisingly matches what you would expect of a future Berlin. (The lack of caps attached to the plastic bottles surprised me though) - Interesting take on cyberpunk. The story is a rather original, and it starts unveiling after the first chapter. - Chill game, do not expect too much action, but once again, the plot is decent (not the best, not the worst). - The game lasts 8~9 hours. Well, I kinda like it. I was skeptical at first because the low-poly visual style didn't immediately appeal to me. However, I had a hunch I would enjoy the concept, so I decided "Why not?". The character controls are definitely not flawless - moving around makes you feel like a wobbly cat, sometimes crashing into random walls without any purpose. But globally, I really liked this game. I can definitely recommend it!
Good premise and setting, with sharp dialogues and characters who have distinct personalities. Sadly, the game loses momentum toward the end, mainly due to budget constraints — it’s janky, and the ending is extremely wonky. The overall presentation is a mixed bag: while the atmosphere in Berlin and NY is captured perfectly, the skipping and floaty animations break immersion more often than not. Still recommending it for its current price and embarking on a search for more gritty adventure games.
