Succubus Waifu, developed by 永恆艾莉絲工坊 and published by Alice Publication and Eternal Alice Media, is an adult visual novel that combines supernatural fantasy with slice-of-life intimacy. It centers around the relationship between John, an overworked husband trapped in the grind of corporate life, and his devoted wife Erica, who happens to be a succubus. The premise is both domestic and erotic: Erica wants to help her husband relieve stress from his demanding job, using not only affection and care but also the supernatural abilities that come with her demonic nature. What follows is a story that mixes romance, light life simulation, and explicit sexual content into a short but cohesive narrative about desire, exhaustion, and companionship. The game is designed rather obtusely. The "True Ending" route effectively requires you to Save and Load repeatedly until you get good "Emotion" RNG from John, which is obviously a bad design choice. The design that Stress correlates with Gold earned is not actually explained, while the game only offers a handful of choices at any given moment. The CGs are fine, but I rate games exclusively on how fun they are to play---the h-scenes don't actually impact my rating. The game is certainly not worth $8.

Simple Game.

Picked up Succubus Waifu on sale for a nice $1.99. It's a simple visual novel where you make choices trying to balance stress and money, all while leading towards one of several different endings. The art is nice, Erica is super cute, and everything is simple to use, you make a choice and something happens. My only real complaint would be the grammar errors here and there. A simple correction here and there. Other than that, it's just a nice little game all around, and again, Erica is super cute and adorable. Based on content alone, I'd pick it up on sale. You can even 100% without even going too much into the storyline, just focus on the stress and money bars and do what's needed. But I definitely recommend at least the first play through with enjoying the story. Very much recommended.

100% took me about 2 hours to complete. The game is a short mix of a multiple-choice visual novel with a light economic aspect, as you need to balance your household income along with your husband’s stress level. Thanks to some unexplained succubus powers, you can give him a little “helping hand.” The CGs are decent, offering a few different positions and toys to choose from. The game has some replayability, as certain events are random or need to be triggered in a specific sequence to unlock different outcomes. I genuinely enjoyed playing it. With three true endings, this little gem can be completed comfortably in one sitting. The current highest discount was 75% which brings this game to about 2 bucks. I like the game. My only complain would be that the H scenes need some more interactivity, but for what the game is sold I would say it is worth every cent.
