It's a pretty cool, silly idea; mashing together old school Street Fighter aesthetics with Blackjack but unfortunately fails in delivering an enjoyable game. The game is way too slow and limited mechanically with an irrational AI.

10/10 for concept. The idea of blackjack with retro arcade graphics is a fun and delightfully colorful idea. However, it is anything but TURBO. Unlike the fighting games it seeks to homage, SBB2TETCW is a plodding chore that drags from hand to hand. Maybe that will add to its retro charm for the few who enjoy wasting their limited time on this planet. There are far better and more innovative Blackjack games out there.
