About Super Cave Boy
Can you make it to the end of the cave with limited actions in this puzzle platformer? Embark on a thrilling journey into the depths of an underground dungeon in Super Cave Boy! Prepare to test your wits, agility, and problem-solving skills as you navigate through a series of meticulously crafted one-screen puzzle stages.
Use actions like hookshots, explosives, pickaxes and much more to reach the very end of the cave. The game focuses on gameplay and clever puzzles for a challenging experience.
Super Cave Boy focusses on 2d platforming mechanics but with a catch. You may only use a limited set of actions in every stage. For example one stage might only allow you to use 3 x Jumps and 2 x Pickaxe attacks and nothing else. Another might allow you to use 2 x climbing and 1 x picking objects. You will end up observing the stage and finding a way to use your tools in a creative way since they are very flexible.

Super Cave Boy is a really fun game, which can also be very challenging and demands a lot from any experienced action platformer lover. The graphics are very charmingly designed and are reminiscent of NES games with a tube TV look. You can tell that the developers have put a lot of thought into giving the game a suitable look. Enemies in the game or hurdles and the tools you work with all fit together coherently. The game is rounded off with good humour, which suits the concept. It also feels very rewarding to complete a level and the level of difficulty in this game is fair but challenging. For the money, the game is well worth it, especially now that the cold and dark days are starting and you'll want to hide away in a cave and swing your hook.2 found this helpful
I was surprised by this game. It is very intuitive yet it challenges you at times in very unique ways the further you get. Feels very rewarding cracking some of the more elaborate puzzles. Highly recommend!2 found this helpful
