Super Tennis Blast

As with Super Volley Blast, this game is right next to it in terms of great quality that allows anyone to easily pick up this game and have a great time. There is an amazing selection of players to choose from. I'm not sure why Tennis got the bigger selection versus volleyball, but it is what it is. I wish Volleyball had stats to give players too. This game has way more depth than Volley blast does. You get skill points to give to your player during their career mode which is nice. I must say that on medium difficulty, the lob/drop shot is incredibly OP. I never once saw the AI be able / decide to run up to the net to contest my lob/drop shot that dies right over the net. Never the less, this game is a ton of fun and I sense myself sinking many hours into this one as I did with Volleyball. I really hope this studio continues to make fun sports games.

Bought it on Xbox and played a lot. Now bought it on steam and its a great casual tennis game. Perfect for multiplayer with my partner. This game should have been a multiplayer hit only.

I don’t know why you would want to buy this game. I was expecting something closer to 2D Flash games, a pure arcade experience. It turned out to be just a much worse and content-poorer copy of popular tennis games. Similar shot mechanics, similar gameplay, you’re similarly limited to choosing the direction and timing your hit well (there are manual shots, but they’re absurdly easy because you have plenty of time to place the aiming reticle anywhere you want). I honestly don’t see the point of this game existing. Maybe, judging by the graphics, it’s good for small children, but I really don’t know why you wouldn’t just buy them a better alternative. This is basically tennis that didn’t have the money or capability to match the competition, so it went for an anime style and similar, but much more clunky and simplified gameplay. Maybe it makes sense as a mobile game, because the graphics are archaic and the anime theme only serves to cover that up.

Can you please add spin shots on the top shoulder of a controller? Left LB for left spin and Right RB for right spin? It would add alot of variability for serving and games to have strong spin!

This is a fun little tennis game that is basically the modern version of Super Tennis on the old SNES. It is not a simulator and is not trying to be, but it is fun and it is really cheap so i do recommend it.
