About Survival Girls
SURVIVAL GIRLS is my tribute game to one of my favorite games, RUST. You live on an island and need to stay alive with food and water. You build your base and defend it from others, craft items and weapons for your base, build an ATV, Snowmobile or car to race around the island. Survival Girls is focused mainly on crafting, building and raiding other players compounds! Search and collect various plants and materials to craft guns and vehicles (and soon to tame animals). The game is in a very early state and I intend to add more animals and AI and other features like air drops and events . I also would like to hear from you, the players, and try and include as many of your suggestions into the game as possible. I am a Solo dev and this is my FIRST GAME! "Survival Girls" is an asset flip of a basic Unreal Marketplace survival/shooter blueprint, and it's kinda weird when people do an asset flip then forget to charge money for it. It's a clunky mess, it doesn't look like they bothered to finish (and barely even started) fleshing out the blueprint they ripped off the store. In a surprise to nobody, the result of such a lazy effort isn't anything of great value to gamers, and the SteamDB numbers confirm this. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 7 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.3 found this helpful
Game has crashed too many times with so many bugs. When it does work, it creates other issues (sound/graphics). Skip it like the Hunter Class and roll a Titan.3 found this helpful
the only controls that work are walking jumping crouching and running. sol on everything else. couldnt even pick anything up.
Not much to do as unable to pick items up .
I don't understand how the video on the store is possible. I have loaded the game and there are no multiplayer servers to join. I played a single player and could not pick up a single item. i climbed part way up the lighthouse then glitched through the tower wall and fell down on the outside. The only thing i found it possible to do was get killed by some colourful knights with swords very slowly. Then i selected random respawn and respawned in the same building. I was excited by the prospect, but definitely needs a bit more work i'm afraid. I tried to join the discord, but the link in game has expired.
