Swim Meet

TL:DR - A short read {~5 hrs} with limited choice based agency, this feels like a regression after more recent outings into Paradise Cove, but enjoyable none the less. This game is more inline with the more classic paradise cove games, think Model Melissa, Water Girls, Negligee - all choice oriented semi-kinetic novels, and very unlike Maid-Cafe, which had significantly more agency than this outing. The classic sprites are here, and a number of familiar faces from their earlier games in a new combination. For the more animated scenes we can see some new animations, and new imagery coming into play. Very little on the kink side of things, i felt these could be more explored, but it's a relatively short novel, and some kinks kinda need enough time for them to be shown well, tho i was disappointed with Rei's events, the first week her character felt like it was going one way, the weekend hang out didn't really deliver on this, if anything, Stacey was more in line with where I'd've expected Rei On the technical side of things, No game breaking bugs, {as you'd hope from veteran developers} some immersion breaking issues, such as continuity bugs, and some text falling outside the …

i'm not far in it yet at all, but i feel like - as an author, you have soul. you've experienced what it's like to encounter other people, and what it's like to encounter yourself. you know what it is to feel vulnerable, and you know how to convey relationships that display sexuality *on top of* romanticism and platonic dynamics. that much i can tell by your dialogue. not many spicy dating games have caught the feelings i'm looking for -- especially not any game that hasn't put in the effort to create the art by hand. i came across this game by chance, and i wanted to say that even if you wrote themes about feelings that felt meaningless or inconsequential to you personally, you've captured something that no one else has: the social ability to press deeper at underlying traumas. further, you've written a story with such class that it's damn inspiring.

Short and forced story (1 hour per session max). What i mean with session is meeting a new person each time. The choices are limited and are abvious to choose to have special or different cutscenes. If you wanna try this game .. Dharker Studios has way better games . Try negligee for example, great game & story.
