About Synthrally
Synthrally is a local multiplayer arcade sports game with simple, fast-paced action. Choose from an array of selectable classes, map variants, and alternate play modes to mix things up and keep gameplay exciting!
Synthrally's gameplay focuses on two to four players trying to hit each other with a homing energy disc. Once a player hits the disc, it turns their color and immediately begins homing in on their enemy. If a player is hit by the disc, they lose the round. There are currently 4 classes you can choose to play with. There are:
Synthrally is all about trying to catch your opponent off guard. It's easy to return the disc, but the myriad of attack options for each class gives players plenty of ways to change up their attack plan and outplay the opposition.
Synthrally's gameplay focuses on two to four players trying to hit each other with a homing energy disc. - Barrier: a defensive, simple class that hits in all directions. Barrier players don't have to worry about missing, but have a harder time aiming the disc.
- Shield: an offensive, aggressive class that uses the right thumbstick to hit in a specific direction. Shield's attacks influence where the ball goes, and they have a number of fast movement options to bewilder their opponent, but since they can't defend in all directions, they're easier to catch off guard.
- Arrow: a difficult but flexible class that launches projectiles. First-time Arrow players may find themselves getting overwhelmed by the difficulty of lining up shots, but if you stick with Arrow, you'll find that that weakness is paid off with the ability to safely hit the disc at range.
- Boomer: a ranged class that only has 1 projectile, a boomerang, that has to return to you before you can throw it again. The boomerang curves, so it's easy to hit the disc at a weird angle, but missing a shot is extremely dangerous, as you're defenseless when the boomerang is out.

"Synthrally" is a badly made and objectively failed 2D retro/minimalist/neon airhockey game with minor shooting elements. What's the game about? Synthrally is a local multiplayer arcade sports game. It lacks a narrative; players choose from available classes and compete against each other within arenas. Gameplay involves hitting a homing energy disc, aiming it at opponents while trying to avoid being struck by it yourself. The action is basic and reflex-driven. There's no online population. This game features very lacklustre minimalist "art" for graphics instead of anything remotely contemporary. I'm sure the "developer" thought this would come across as "artistic", but it doesn't, it comes across as "really lazy". Yes, contemporary 3D graphics take a lot of time and effort to create. That doesn't mean it's okay not to bother! Developers must try to understand that gaming is a visual medium, and gamers spend a lot of money on high end gaming rigs for a reason. And that reason is not so they can look at lazy, phoned-in half efforts like this. Insultingly, the developer insists that you should play this with a console peasant children's toy gamepad instead of KB+M. Yo…2 found this helpful
Super fun game that is easy to pick up and play with family and friends, has plenty of game modes to keep things fresh, has a real windjammers esq feel where you can make big outplays, without preventing upset moments. Highly recommend.2 found this helpful
Synthrally is a fun couch-play game where you and up to three friends battle it out in a cool sci-fi future tron tech arena! There's a suprising level of depth and complexity to the game and it's different classes, personally i'm only good at a two of them but I've seen some of my friends absolutely wreck with some of the tougher classes like the archer one. It's a fun game and will definitely entertain you and some friends and for such a low price it's an absolute steal!2 found this helpful

Геймплей прост в освоении, но невероятно сложен в мастерском исполнении: необходимо отражать летящие шары, синхронизируясь с ритмом музыки. Музыкальное сопровождение - выше всяких похвал, смесь синтвейва и электроники идеально погружает в атмосферу. Уровни хорошо продуманы и постепенно увеличивают сложность, добавляя новые механики и вызовы. Отдельно стоит отметить режим карьеры, который предлагает интересные испытания и позволяет открывать новые треки и косметические предметы. Режим аркады даёт возможность сразу же погрузиться в любимый трек и отточить свои навыки. Единственный незначительный минус - это ограниченное количество треков в базовой версии игры, но, учитывая поддержку разработчиков и регулярные обновления, можно надеяться на расширение музыкальной библиотеки. В целом, 'Synthrally' - отличная игра для любителей ритм-игр, которая подарит массу положительных эмоций и заставит почувствовать себя музыкальным гением.
