A game that accurately reflects the triumphs and defeats, the epic highs and lows of yaoi roleplay.
i've been meaning to play it for so long and i finally got to play it. and i am NOT disappointed in the slightest. really embodies how it is to be in the roleplay community. the intensity of it all, the people you meet, the way it influences your life forever. legitimately a masterpiece in my opinion
For those of you who grew up in the early 2000s with either a LiveJournal, an online role play community, or both....this game will absolutely hit you in the feels. I'm not just talking about nostalgia either. This game tells the story of friends who found solace in a Live....er....LIMEJournal roleplay community. You'll have your IRL bestie....the mutual that you met through your IRL bestie....and online romance??? YES! As hard as this game hits you with the nostalgia, it will absolutely hit you in the feels as you build your relationships. And depending on how into the online world you were during this time, it will hit you even harder. You will laugh, you will cry, you will cringe, you will have a good time, you will have a bad time. All in all, it will be absolutely worth it. The fine people who worked on this game knew exactly how to capture the feel of growing up in the LJ / RP era of the internet. Everything, including the pixelated transitions between websites is perfectly recreated to bring you back to the 2000s. think about if roleplay and irl friend group drama had a baby. that would be terranova. It was just the right amount of time to playthrough and very emotional. I really felt like i was there in the game with all the other characters. i also spent about 3 hours of my playtime getting solitaire achievements. highly recommend
