After playing a couple of hours, I once again wish that Steam had a 'neutral' review option. I love supporting Indie devs, and it seems a lot of soul has gone into the production of the game, but for me, it's too bare bones to be sold for the price they are asking. The game revolves around the idea of having your characters sitting around the table, with each one performing a different attack to attempt to knock out all other player's characters first. It's simple and fun for probably the first hour, but then it starts to lack. Although the game is marketed as "pvp" there is no pvp except with those on your Steam friends list, and even then, the number of different cards/characters you have to bring to a game means that most matches feel identical. I think the game could work, but it needs more time in the oven. I personally would love to see a lot more cards be introduced (perhaps some that don't require a physical character) and some kind of deck system alongside proper randomised matchmaking. If you find the game on sale, I would say go for it, you'll at least get more fun out of it than those $5 Unity asset flips. But if you're coming for a new spin on the online PvP…
