The Demons Told Me to Make This Game

I would love to recommend this game: the premise, concept, execution, etc. are fun and had me hooked. Except the steam page (at least, while viewing on my Steam Deck) simply stated the game as "early access". There was no information that it was PAUSED. I wish the game page would be more transparent about that as I wouldn't have bought the game if I knew the developers were unable to finish it. Rather than "early access", Steam (deck) should display the disclaimer as paused with unknown intention of whether it will ever be finished. Or have it visible in the description. It was oddly hard to find the information about the halt?? I don't know if it's because I was on my Steam Deck but finding the post where the pause was mentioned was difficult. I realize I should have looked at the community tab closer rather than patch notes and whatnot, so that's completely on me. I googled Loop 2 and saw a post saying every 4-6 months an update would be dropped so I assumed I just caught the game in an early stage. Until I saw someone's community post. A game I desperately hope to see finished one day. A genius gameplay loop, really solid writing (with the occasional typo and odd wording), fun characters, and overall a really great vibe. My only complaint is that that it's incomplete, and the story cuts off right after a "here's the goal and here's what we do to do now!" scene that ends abruptly. Definitely worth the price, at the very least to support development

This game is insane with how it could have me crying tears of sadness and a few loops after crying tears of utter baffledness! 10/10 can't wait for this game to be complete!

Wow this game was truly incredible, and I loved it so much! Completely heartbroken over its uncertain future however. I recc buying the game with the expectation that what you see is what you get. The only "chapter" available is Act 1, which has several parts and several hours worth of gameplay within. Truly hope that the devs might one day make a patreon or kickstarter to support this project, its truly incredible
