About Unavowed
You wake up free from demonic possession but haunted by a year of carnage across New York City, so you join an ancient secret society to fight the darkness and rebuild your shattered life. Craft your own story through multiple origins and companions, with branching choices that shape your journey from hunted fugitive to reluctant hero.
You are free, but your world is in tatters. You have no home, no friends, and are wanted by the police. Your old life is gone, but perhaps you can start a new one. Join the ranks of the Unavowed, and fight against the oncoming darkness.

One of the better point and click adventures out there. The voice acting is top notch and is really the star of the game. The puzzles are not overly difficult, I like that you're not juggling 20+ items in your inventory to find the obscure item to progress the game. The story while it takes a little while to get going to truly understand what is going on, the character build up is excellent. Length is right around 10-11 hours with replay options if you want to complete all achievements or see what different actions in some instances have on the story as a whole. From an old school Lucas Arts fan who grew up with Maniac Mansion & Zak McKracken, I can certainly recommend this title.1 found this helpful
I think Unavowed still is Dave Gilbert's greatest work. I love its setting, story, characters, puzzles, everything. And what a plot twist! If there is a point and click adventure you must play it's Unavowed.1 found this helpful
Enjoying the artwork and New York setting. Right level of difficulty so far.

A great point and click adventure. Story is interesting and has a couple of plot twists I totally did not see coming. All the dialog (except the player's character's) is voiced and voice acting is great! Music is excellent. Graphics are charming. I used a walk-through couple of times, and each time I was like: "well this is logical", so puzzles are fair. Characters are well written too. Overall - a great experience.
