異洋館・異和館-The Disturbed Mansion

The Disturbed Mansion is a small horror game that takes the basic idea from anomaly spotting games and adds a ghost that can actually catch me. I am exploring a strange mansion while trying to work out whether something has changed around me. If I notice an anomaly, I have to choose the correct staircase, and if there is nothing unusual I have to take the other one. The whole game is built around paying attention and remembering what the normal version of the mansion looks like, which makes it surprisingly easy to understand. I like that it gets straight to the point instead of filling the game with a lot of unnecessary story. The main mechanic is simple but can make me quite nervous once the ghost starts becoming a problem. I am walking through the mansion looking carefully at the surroundings, trying to notice anything that should not be there. It could be a change in the room, an object that looks wrong or something that makes me question whether I actually saw what I think I saw. Then I have to make the right choice at the stairs.
