Fun game, great for the price and with a super active dev who clearly is very passionate about their game. Thumbs up.

Compared to other similar top-down games of the same genre, this doesn't have the same level of polish. A lot of the game play feels very clunky including combat, moving items between your inventory in chest, inventory space, etc. Combat in particular is a sticking point for me with the limited 4 directional attacks and brief pause between attacks or blocks. I'm not sure why there was a design choice to switch between gather and combat mode either - just about every other games allow you to do both simultaneously and it feels much better.

A neat little survival crafting game. Everything works pretty well. clearly a small game by a small team that doesn't try to do more than they are capable of. The fixed world is fun to explore, and the pixel-art aesthetics look nice, and all of the assets work well together. I wish some of the plants were easier to tell what they were, as I find I can't reliably keep them all straight, so if I need "healing herbs" I kinda just pick every leafy little bush I see and hope I hit the rights ones gameplay loop of "harvest->craft->upgrade->repeat" is solid as every combat is fine, but a little slow and clunky "nightmares" (base raids that happen every few days) are fun and challenging

I actually love this game. It is a gem but recently there was an update that rendered it unplayable and idk what would make a person release an update that cripples the gameplay but here we are. Once i start a new game i get frozen controls just don't work once a message pops up. Insanity. I wish they would fix it so i can play the game. It is actually really fun.

Edit: Thank you devs for responding. If anything needs to be fix, I would said the top 2 would be the reduction of status effects from enemy (I fight one, get bleeding, heal then repeat like 5 second later), and the farming. Its a bit too much clicking. Maybe like mass planting option? The others are doable, like later on, as you progress, the resources require to rebuilt storages or workbenches become trivial. It is a good game for the price. 7/10. Knowing the devs have release the last area, going forward I do not mind paying for some more DLC expansion and it will hopefully focus on Quality of Life and bug fixes. In this game it has your typical open world survival craft genre, where combat is a bit clunky, espically since enemies love dodging and knock back attacks. Farming is relatively easy, you plant the seed and wait for it to grow. When it is done, you just walk into it and it'll harvest itself, it makes things so much easier. Planting on the other hand is a click fest (E+space bar on keyboard spam) Fishing, as long as you got bait on you, and are in a safe area, it is auto afk fishing.
