I like aliens and UFO stories. They can be fun and scary as hell. Unforntunately this game was none of those things. It's just boring and repetitive. It's not even worth the sale price. It's over priced at any anything above 25 cents. Don't bother playing this game. It's not the least bit fun. They took interesting source material and made it boring as hell. Just go watch some videos on Youtube about aliens and abductions. It's free and you will have way more fun.

I would give this game 1 star out of 10 if I were a box boy in a supermarket, who was approached by an old gentleman looking for canned prunes while playing old Santana tunes on his old flip phone, only to run into him once more on the other side of the super market and have him ask me for the very item he saw me stocking on the shelf just minutes ago and because I'm a super impatient ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ milenial I would respond to him with "I don't even know what you want old man! GTFOutta-here!". Truth is... I was never a box boy, but I'm soon approaching the situation that old man found himself in. "As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light of meaning in the darkness of mere being." What you just read was a quote from Carl Jung. It is what I believe I did in this here very game. You too can do it. With style, you can do it with grace, and you do it while listening to the sexy tunes of 70's porn and at times what seems like music from the Santana album the old man I described played on his phone. I can't give this game any stars because this is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ STEAM review! But if you enjoy space, aliens, visiting earth through the eyes of an illegal an…

What a wonderful game. It's so different from everything I've ever played, which makes it so compelling, too. Figuring out the controls takes a bit of patience, but once I understood, I got really into it. You play as a grey entity / alien that captures humans in the woods. We don't really know why, but it gives you a new perspective, and it's not that easy (humans are fast, and some carry guns). It's not a fast paced game unless you make it one. Capturing humans is stressful business! Especially in the beginning. You are surrounded by an orb that seems to expand the more humans you catch. The size of the orb determines how close you have to get to the human in order to catch them. I also unlocked an ability that made me faster. They run away from you, so if you don't want to catch them it gives you time to just soak up the environment and it's really beautiful to look at. I saw spiders, bunnies, all sorts of insects and butterflies.. the attention to detail made me stop and stare at everything for a moment. The music is also really good.

Well, that was weird. If you like strange, slow-paced, indie games where you don't know what you are doing, or why you are doing it, you should try this out. Beautiful pixel art. Nice chill music.

I liked the game overall, It was pretty relaxing, the graphics were great, the music was great. though the game was at a little buggy at times, I realize as a moderately recent release these will probably be worked out soon, sometimes when you load in the area select glitches and doesnt teleport you or allow you to change areas selected, this can be solved by exiting (by pressing and holding the Escape key) and reopening the game, at times loading screen to screen is a little odd, and the Human capturing system can be sorta frustrating, sometimes capturing humans and the other half of the time releasing them. However, all in all this game was a fairly enjoyable experience in my opinion and Id like to see more done with the game, perhaps a little bit more "plot" or more emphasis on the apparently environmental theme, perhaps have some of the props do a bit more in terms of interaction with Humans or animals, and making some other things like cars interactable and i think that would be a massive improvement.

The pixel art is a bit messy but fairly rich in details (especially little animals in the woods), I like the visualization of the ship and the introduction. The soundtrack is really good. The big issue is that it's really boring. It gets easier as the player progresses, as thankfully the capture range becomes increasingly larger on top of abilities to move through the screen faster, but doesn't change that the titular character's normal movement is slow, with clunky controls, and all it can do is use those abilities to get humans in range, capture, rinse and repeat over all the areas that, while nicely characterized, are all within some national park in North America. There is not even a story or an apparent reason for the player's actions - you are an alien, and so of course you abduct humans. I really regret checking this developer, even more because just like SOS, I can see potential here but the final result is not up to it.
