About The Night Is Long
The Night Is Long is a short first-person Lovecraftian inspired horror game that explores grief, guilt, and the chilling unknown. In the midst of emotional turmoil, a grieving man sets out on a nighttime drive, desperate to escape the pain of his past. But when his deceased wife suddenly appears in the middle of the road, he swerves into the unknown — and follows her into a long-abandoned mansion. Inside, reality begins to unravel. The deeper he explores, the clearer it becomes: the night is long, and he is not alone. Use your wits and determination to survive the horrors within and uncover the truth buried in the shadows of the mansion.

Lovely free game and a wonderful indie experience. Really looking forward to seeing what the developers do next!

6.5/10 A short, free horror game with some jump scares and a short story to enjoy
The game has good scares for an unexperienced horror player but it was confusing and genuinely pissed me off I looked around the areas of the question marks for 20 MINUTES and still didn't find what they were trying to show and this was within the first 10 mins of loading up the game. genuinely the biggest waste of time for having so much potential if the dev would have just worked a little harder they would have made a decent game. and what is up with the fact that I can't expand the game its a little box on my pc straight BS its like the dev was just posted the game to call themselves a dev cause what is this UNFINISHED GARBAGE it pisses me off because this game could have actually been decent.
My only issue is it isn't long enough. the voice acting is great, the art is amazing, and i had fun walking around finding the lore. cool game, I'd personally recommend if you like short interesting games
