As of now, the game description looks like it was a prompt for chat GPT to use to make the real description. Buggy, lack of direction, IMHO not worth $2. Maybe a free icth.io game until it gets more polished. Also played 10 minutes. and no insects were seen. AND the water kills you quick, and to respawn you have to ALT+F4 and reload.3 found this helpful
I finished this, and while it's not great, I do wanna detail some things for the bad game enthusiasts: You can save and restart from a menu with 'esc.' Problem is, it triggers every frame, so each time you press 'esc' you have a 50% chance it actually stays up by the time you release the key. Saving is also broken, but in such a way that you can easily manipulate it. It only saves your location and bead count. If you reload after dying, you'll load with 0 health. But if you start a new game and then reload, you'll have full health. You can also just reset anytime to "warp" back to the starting location. You don't lose anything items you've collected by doing this. However, make sure you save before you close the game, as that is the only thing that can actually make you lose progress. If you see an incline (even if it's 89.999 degrees), you can jump up it. In most games, this would be unintentional. But in this game, it's actually required to access some locations (including the very first dungeon). You move incredibly slowly compared to the size of the map. Thankfully, there's a ridable beetle near the wasp nest that moves significantly faster and has a very high jump. From th…
