A bit rough around the edges but still worth a try.5 found this helpful
this was a whim buy. not really optimal for keyboard and mouse. game starts of with arrow keys to move and not working with aswd like most games. the cool downs for attacks feel too long i feel like im just using my basic attack most of the time. you do need to doge and block or you will get killed. its alright for the price recommend getting on sale4 found this helpful
I assume this is the developer's first game or one of his first of this type, because it's ridiculously rough to the point that it's hard to want to keep playing it despite having some nice foundations. It has a pretty interesting rogue-like and combat premise, as well as a pretty neat style, but the game overall is just put together just a little too poorly, and the guy that made this has already abandoned it years ago. The game seems to originally be Korean. The lack of proper translations is horrible to the point that a lot of descriptions can outright mislead you gameplay-wise. Most of the weapons aren't fun at all if just because those weapons can only attack one enemy at a time. It takes a bit of time into the game to finally get the few weapons that can attack multiples at once. Plus, cooldowns for the game's weapon skills take way too long, which would be fine for the ones that can hit multiple enemies, but this applies to the single-enemy type weapons as well, constantly making you play it safe. It doesn't help that there's an incredibly small stamina bar you have to keep in mind, too. The game has plenty of mechanics that have absolutely no explanation on how th…2 found this helpful
I started this one though, I recruited my brother. I enjoyed my little time, but didn't feel like I could complete it. Even I saw cracks in the foundation. The game doesn't explain ANYTHING, and it desperately needs to, because the systems in it are not intuitive at all. It wants to be a roguelite, but fails to be one, since you are the only thing that changes. There is no level or enemy variety, and only two bosses seem to have any chance of changing at all. It simply isn't what it wants to be, and says so little that you have to straight up guess how to get even seemingly straightforward achievements. It winds up killing its own loop by failing to make runs feel meaningfully different, it's short, and while it has decent gameplay on its face, it doesn't stand up to playing it multiple times.1 found this helpful
