The Underground Man 2

What an amazing game! It looks and feels like those old-fashioned beat-em ups. There is a difficulty selection option which is nice as well, so the difficulty will suit everyone's preferences. What really surprised me about this game is its storyline. I didn't expect much. But turns out that's one of the strongest upsides of this game. It's funny, filled with all kinds of jokes, has several plot twists and can be understood even by those who haven't played the first game, like me. It's very inclusive, but satirical, and it displays the rile of feminism in modern society. The gameplay is polished and quite complex to keep you hooked to the action. The graphics are very nice, there are lots of little animated details. The only downside I see here is the controls being a bit weird and clunky, but you get used to it in like 10 minutes. One of the best indie games story-wise for me and a nice addition to my collection.

Game is really good

Itś actually fun and good, I was expecting a big meme.

Итак, малютки, положняк следующий: игра кривая и геймдизайн провален полностью. Секция с машинкой(типо отсылающая к Battletoads) сломана и по ощущениям нужно молится на удачный спавн трубы, потому что её банально невозможно объехать, далее уровень с ловушками и выходом к Висту, мало того что тоже кривоват, так ещё и баги в падения сквозь пол и смерти в кислоте тоже жопу поджигают, уровень с дискотекой плох тем, что механика кружка и стрелочек странная, при это учитывайте что нужно нажить чуть выждав, а управление молниеносное, работает без задержки, при этом на самом экране 0 фпс, подводный уровень же придумал полный Водолаз, потому что у уровня ровно 1 способ прохождения(максимально душный и терпильный), тебя там дамажит всё, более того, ты там относительно легко попадаешь в стан лок(с рыбой и потолком). Ещё рофелс что я умер в финале ПОСЛЕ того как убил босса, каким-то образом он выстрелил и пришлось переигрывать. А теперь по-поводу текста/сюжета - на фоне Mercury Man - это полная халтура, тут в лучшем случае всю игру можно воспринимать как набор гэгов и отсылок(что не очень удивительно, ведь первая часть - шизорофел). Концовка ну дебильная, чуть более весёлая чем у Беседки в 3 и…

Набор гэгов из нижнего интернета (и это хорошо). Рекомендую проходить на сложности для попущенцев, не вижу смысла насиловать себя лишний раз, т.к. игра за это не награждает. Проходил на сложности релиза. Не думаю, что с лишними сохранениями можно упустить какой-то важный опыт
