About Escape: Underground
This is a game that takes place in a dark and atmospheric environment. The main protagonist, a robot, is thrown deep under the earth’s surface by an alien sentinel. From that moment on, he starts to search for a way out of there. It will not be easy though, since he has to face numerous challenges along the way.
This robot will move from left to right, jump over obstacles, climb, push certain objects and solve all sorts of puzzles, by dealing with switches, elevators, lasers and other guns. Making contact with any of the traps will kill him instantly, sending him back to the previous checkpoint. Alien sentinels will slow him down and even kill him if spotted on their way.
The journey may be a short one, but it would be worth it.

It's no inside/limbo. Sure it shares the general aesthetic, but that's where the similarities end. It's much heavier on the "precision" side of platforming than the others, and too much trial/error with timing of things. It's not that it's too hard, it's just that I hit a point where I ended up more annoyed than anything and had to shut the game off.5 found this helpful
Fun puzzle/platformer, but much shorter than expected. The mechanics are a little unforgiving, with small errors resulting in immediate death. Would love to see some achievements added at some point.1 found this helpful
It's almost like LIMBO, but you play as a robot. The atmosphere is eerie but not scary. Puzzles are good and simple, and there are some sections where you get to control machines to your advantage. Although some of those sections have pretty unforgiving checkpoints (but the rest of them are fine). A small neat-pick I have is the fact there are hidden paths behind walls that you need to find to progress, even though these kind of walls should be for secrets or collectibles. It's fun and easy overall, but pretty short.1 found this helpful
when I got the game I didn't expect it to be a meditative experience , based on the other reviews I was expecting a game that was heavy on the precision platforming aspect but I felt the game was forgiving enough that all the other aspects of the game shined for me. really felt like I was exploring the unknown.1 found this helpful
nice little game hectic but good puzzles reminding me of limbo game if frame rate and mechanics can be change then might this could be very helpful and bit fun for all game player itself.1 found this helpful
This is a very cool and moody puzzle platformer. Definitely worth your time and money :)1 found this helpful
