About Theatre of War 3: Korea
Replay the events of the first hot war of the Cold War era, the Korean War, also known as the Forgotten War. Players will be involved in two campaigns, both set in the 1950’s: the North Korean (June 25 – August 20) and the American (September 15 – October 8).
In this title tactical engagement experts can test their skills on a new strategic level. Move your forces over the entire Korean Peninsula, managing reserves, as well as the fuel and ammo supplies. Tactical battles in Theatre of War 3: Korea are generated based on the strategic situation.

Considering the cheap price, it's hard to downvote it and it's the best of the (limited) number of Korean War games that are out there. That said it's clearly half finished and the somewhat designed campaigns of the past games are ditched for a Total War style map campaign where you fight essentially MP bot matches over and over with a campaign map progression system. It's also decently more buggy and prone to crashing so save often. Still, it's a shame they never made another game after this, leaving WarGaming basically purely Close Combat and Combat Mission from this point onwards.2 found this helpful

Crashes before you can even get in.
Mixed bag. Overall, it is enjoyable. But the controls are a bit rough...unoptimized, even, and the game crashes every other battle. Save often!
