changing my vpn, failed. I had to spend 30$ for a guy to use his card to buy me this game through gamestop (in US only) since it was permanently deleted from steam store forever, only physical/digital codes left for us to buy and the price went through the roof by a 6 fold. great game loved this game unfortunately you can have it in your library but you cant play it but you can think about playing it and reliving the days of 2013 when windows 7 was still around if you do have windows 7 you can play this game there are also ways around the problem but im lazy2 found this helpful
buy it off humble bundle and google a guide to fix the start up issues. Absolute banger from 360 era still fully playable with a decent amount of new content from modders1 found this helpful

this game doesn't work requires defunded software and the fix is not universal for new systems
