Delve into the world of Chinese medicine. Learn herbal processing based on the principles of siqi and wuwei. Collect recipes and ingredients, then tweak formulas to better treat specific ailments. Some herbs may yield seeds during gathering, allowing you to grow and tend them in your own medicine garden.

If you have the energy, explore to your heart's content—even late into the night! But beware: as a human, you're vulnerable to youkai in the wild! Building good relationships with powerful figures or factions might just earn you their protection...

​​Meet Characters and Lend a Hand​​

Figures from across Gensokyo will visit your pharmacy or meet you in the streets. Helping them out can earn you their assistance, and sometimes even their Spell Cards. You'll also meet original characters and hear their everyday stories, offering a glimpse into the quieter side of Gensokyo.

​​Potions & Spell Cards​​

Use the potions you brew yourself or carry them for their effects. But be cautious—side effects can stack up if you're not careful. You can equip a limited number of Spell Cards gifted by other characters. Passive Cards offer a constant, minor buff, while Active Cards are more powerful but require a cooldown period after each use.
