About TOYCRAFTER
You were once a dedicated toycrafter, spending hours working alone in your workshop. But recently you lost your passion for your trade.Working on small toys no longer satisfies you.You shifted your focus towards something more grand, more robust.Grab a doll, grab your tools, and get to work.Cut doll parts, paint them and attach them to build unique and unsettling sculptures. In your workshop, you are alone, you are safe.No need to look over your shoulder.Any anomalies you see or hear are just your imagination. Also: Lock the door before leaving. There are no abominations chasing you.No monsters screaming in your ears.Nothing can even hurt you. This is simply... an experience. A study of isolation. What does it feel like to be an artist so consumed by your craft that you lose your grip on reality.
While working, you will:
- Interact with the environment.
- Pick up, drop, move things around.
- Use tools to cut, paint and attach doll parts.
- Build a collection of unique and unsettling sculptures.
- Keep your workshop tidy and organized.
- Not engage with any anomalies.
- Lock the door before leaving.

This game is actually one of the best indie psychological horror games I've ever played so far. It's not too long to make me bored, and it's not too short to make me feel empty after playing it. There were some not so scary jumpscares (probably because it's not a photorealistic game) but it kept me on edge the whole time I was playing. The gameplay was easy, just press E and hold left click. I do wish there was more stability to the ragdoll physics when you try to put the body parts down though. They kept flying everywhere and clipped through stuff and I had to pick them back up on the cart (perhaps a skill issue). Didn't have that much crafting going on in the game, but it's fine to me because I usually care more about the story. The story was kinda predictable since there were a lot of inner monologues between the days that pretty much tell you everything. The ending almost made me cry because it was actually so sweet and I felt so bad for the protag (doesn't justify his action though). I wish there was more explanation as to why the protag decided to build bugs with the body parts. It took me an hour to beat the game. But I was distracted for a few times, so it might actual…2 found this helpful
I think for the price of the game, the type of story and how long it is, it's pretty solid. My only thing is that there's not as much crafting as I hoped - I was hoping we could complete the gallery - and that the ending kinda took out the feeling of horror, although it was interesting to see everything through a more normal lens. I think I would recommend this to anyone who wants a simple entry level to scary/horror games.1 found this helpful
Simple story telling told well folks! Worth the money and worth supporting the creator. While I didn't like some of the sound effects of the game and would have preferred a more realistic style especially for the later portions of the game. Also some of the dialogue here and there can be a bit on the nose. Other than that the story was well made! I like the twists in this and how the monotony of certain tasks really does get to you. Having to do the process of putting together the art felt like mortuary assistant but more simple in a good way. Please someone pick this up and make it a gritty realistic movie. Just uhh dont forget your pyrovision esk pills plz.1 found this helpful

Wow did I enjoy this game! Too me a little under 5 hours to beat. It had just enough jump scares and intrigue for me. My community really enjoyed it as well! It was hard for me to pick things up and put them down efficiently, but that's the only thing I struggled with. I hope you enjoy the game!1 found this helpful
This game has a solid beginning and middle. But the ending was very poorly written and predictable. I wish they had developed the game more. It makes me think they gave up halfway through production. Not much game at the end. Its kind of spoon fed to you and rushed.
