"Twin Cores" is a weird rail shooter (remember that old obsolete genre?) that needs two players to play, because it relies on co-op gimmicks like "merging" both spaceships, switching positions and so on... but ultimately this isn't a full game, it's like a tech demo, student project/portfolio showpiece or something. As always, gamers are here for games, not tech demos, projects, portfolio showcases, etc etc. The game is quite short, and can be run through in just a few minutes. The lack of content here makes it hard to suggest it's worth spending the time to add to your library and download. The graphics in this game are passable, but could be better. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. Insultingly, the developer insists that you should play this with a console peasant children's toy gamepad instead of KB+M. You cannot play this without a console peasant children's toy. Developers should try to be aware which platform they're designing games for.…

Highly recommended. A great taste of what could be. This is essentially one level, but a really good one with different mechanics at play as you progress towards the final boss. Great graphics, smooth combat and an intense pace make this a thrilling ride. For free, it's hard to fault this brief but exciting battle.

I really loved this game, it's an on-rail shooters built entirely with co-op in mind. This demo only has a single stage and it's enough to scratch the itch for more. It's very short though and I hope the developers of this game can turn this demonstration into a full blown game with more stages in the future

Real good quality and well designed for a free game! My non gamer wife and I love the fusion mechanics, truly refreshing and creative. If you're interested in this game, you can check out our video reviewing it: https://youtu.be/7M1nPyTGAsk?si=6vCziH1AbQRpMfVF

Incredible polish and concept, especially for a free game. Tragically short. I'd like to make all my friends play this with me. I'd pay good money for a longer campaign.
