About Under Domain - Alien Invasion Simulator

Under Domain is a turn-based strategy game that invites you to create and execute an alien invasion plan directed to Planet Earth.

Transform yourself into the Reptilian leader that will lead your species to victory! Secretly influence human evolution by sabotaging their technologies, sending hybrids agents, executing operations of murder, mind-control, abductions, and virus contamination. Meanwhile, you build a powerful war fleet to attack at the right moment.

Under Domain accompanies human history from the 1900s until the year of 2020. The player has 10 movements each turn, and each movement represents one year of human existence, completing one decade at the end of each turn. Your actions must be accurate to avoid drawing the attention of humans. After all, possible alien spaceship sightings could reveal your existence to human Nations, and they can get ready to attack you first, increasing the difficulty level of the invasion phase.

The game offers you simple ways of planning and executing the invasion, though with highly strategic combinations of actions that can lead you to different possible winning scenarios. Under Domain is a strategy game easy to learn but hard to master completely.

Explore the energy coming from pyramids, seek rare volcanic minerals to build your war machines, and launch orbital and surface probes to capture and interfere in human history's relevant facts.

Evolve your mothership and get access to new resources and instruments to raise your war power. Choose from 3 evolution pillars in each decision: Science, Military, or Infrastructure.

Replace key people on Earth's evolution. You have to choose wisely which specialists will be able to sabotage human war power.

Search, build, and enhance your spaceships. Spread them around Planet Earth, so in the moment of invasion, all of them rise in different locations to combat phase.

Under Domain is a strategy game built around a compelling reversal of genre expectations. Instead of defending Earth from an extraterrestrial menace, you play as the invaders themselves—an alien civilization patiently preparing for the conquest of humanity across an entire century. Developed and published by Playlearn, the game frames its campaign as a slow-burning manipulation of human history, beginning in the early 1900s and progressing decade by decade. The premise immediately gives the experience a distinctive personality, inviting players to think less like a battlefield commander and more like a clandestine cosmic puppeteer. Every decision feels like part of a long con, whether you’re abducting scientists, influencing political movements, or quietly sabotaging technological progress. The core structure is turn-based, with each in-game year represented by a limited number of actions. This restriction forces difficult prioritization—there’s never enough time or resources to accomplish everything. The aliens must balance gathering materials, researching technology, infiltrating human institutions, suppressing awareness of their presence, and assembling a fleet capable of launc…

Game is pretty buggy, on the forums you can see a bug that stops an entire section of the game from being finished has been broke for 2 years. Interface is a pain to use as far as user experience. Things also take forever due to repeated and unskippable animations. It seems like a thrown together game that they made mostly work and left it at that. The invasion combat has bugged out after I won the fight in NA. Europe refuses to actually do anything and that's where my invasion fleet is so I guess that ends this game for me.... Very Buggy, unfinishable game with no devs around for two years.

I had a couple of issues with this game to start. 1. The options menu sucks. There is no option to turn off the sound & no option to lower the quality of the game. 2. Due to everything being what I think hastily done. My rig can barely run it. 3. Not to mention is you do the tutorial or my game would crash & you can end up getting soft locked out of the if you exit out. 4. The interface not working when you click 5. Sounds was on the minimum but some sounds & you'll know them like alerts, are very loud. VERY VERY LOUD, despite the low sound option. 6. I paid for this game & I wouldn't recommend it, as in the end it's a complete mess.

The game have all the good things to be an awesome game, history, interesting graphics. etc. But it´s filled with bugs. I played it for two hours and was frustrated. I started to build an invasion armada but for some reason my number of ships never increased. Also some buttons have a kind of timer around them, so when you click you need to wait until a kind of border fills up around the buttons. Also the resources system is very poor, sometimes it breaks up all the energy mines and you´ll need to restart the game due to a dead end. I hope the creator of this game can fix this bugs and improve some very necessary things. In this state of development it seems a Beta version and everyone who plays it will become frustrated really fast.
