Another game from [i]GameHouse[/i] that brings us a compelling story, bright visuals, and challenging addictive gameplay. In [i]Unsung Heroes: The Golden Mask[/i] we follow three young aspiring archeologists uncovering buried secrets of the past in the Far East and with more artifacts found the story of a young farmer girl Xi Niu will be told to the world. As an innovation, we get to follow two storylines instead of one! In the modern age storyline, we play as the archeologists digging in the ground. When we find all parts of an extraordinary artifact we switch to the past to experience the hardships of young Xi Niu. And that's how it works. Sadly, you quickly realize that modern-age levels require a lot of grinding and get somewhat boring because of that. On the other hand levels in the past are quite fun! ▶ Archeologists - I liked the idea of uncovering the artifacts and then switching to see how the past events unfolded. Finding treasures is related to reaching certain thresholds on the progress bar at every level. A really great TMG that is really different from all the TMGs i have ever played. The levels, especially the excavation ones, can get pretty tedious after a while, but the main thing in this game is the story and less the gameplay. The story and the artefacts are really cool and detailed. I hope there will be a another part with a different country, like ancient rome or greece, hopefully with better gameplay. I can really highly recommend it

I don't even know where to start. This game was terrible in all the ways that mattered. I usually love this kind of Time Management (even though the plots tend to be a little melodramatic) and I've played other Gamehouse titles here and over on Big Fish. I was expecting the same quality and game style as those, but what I got was something that felt like a bad mobile port. All of the dragging and sliding got annoying VERY fast, and the patience levels on everyone were so insanely short. >.< I eventually gave up and requested a refund. Such a huge disappointment. :(

Serious resolution bug: I'm playing the mac version. After I cleared Stage 1, the game suddenly started opening on a super tiny, non-adjustable window. After a couple of attempts to re-open it, the issue got worse and the window shrank even further to the size of a fingernail. If I manage to enter full screen mode, everything becomes a blurry mess on a dough. There is no display/resolution setting in the game. At this point, the game is completely unplayable. While I played the 1st stage, the game's UI design was like ♥♥♥♥. No idea whether you successfully picked a tool or not while rushing to click a million things. In the past, I also bought a few earlier installments of the same time-management simulation series by GameHouse. Before I even got to play them, they became disabled due to iOS system updates. Will avoid any GameHouse trash going forward. 在macbook pro上玩的苹果版。刚玩完第一章，游戏启动时窗口突然变得超小，游戏里没有分辨率设置，只有一个全屏选项，进入全屏整个画面糊的什么都看不清。退了重进几遍后，窗口变得像指甲盖一样小，全屏更糊，整个游戏就这么废了。这个系列的前面几作之前也买了，因为iOS系统逐渐升级，有的只玩了一丁点就不能玩了，有的连碰都没碰过直接变废品。GameHouse的垃圾我是不会再碰

Played a few of the games by the dev. Was fun initially but the gameplay was pretty much the same across this type of game. The storylines were usually different and some of them were fun but others not so much. I would still recommend this game but probably won't buy similar games in the future anymore.
