velvet clouds is yet another construction kit template copy+paste from serial Russian shovelware pushers, Piece Of Voxel. These guys (or just one guy flipping accounts to mislead gamers) do nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into DailyIndieGame bundles as cash grabs. Trying to get paid for someone else's game templates, assets... at best, this is shovelware, at worst, it's a scam/cash grab. This one is complete trash... it's a minimalist pixel action game where you move around collecting pixel blobs while avoiding pixel blobs. This goes onto more traditional 2D levels slapped together with some truly hideous MS-Paint "art". At this stage the Russian asset flipping industry is really just having a joke to see what they can crap onto Steam and sell. The game seems to be rendered at 320x200 resolution... it just looks like garbage the 1980's rejected. There's zero game depth here, this barely qualifies as a game. One of the weirdest short games I've played in a while. Worth a buck for the: 1) Infuriating enemies 2) Very disturbing indie content (in my opinion) 3) Weirdness. It's just weird. 4) The dev introducing you to epic videos on the internet (egg-eating foxes, nice!) What a strange game. But I certainly enjoyed it. i mean if your deranged this game is great
Welps...crashed when I was pretty far in and there's no way to save your progress so I'm never beating this game.
