game's so good i genuinely cannot think of anything to say in this review... just go buy the game, its gonna be worth your time its awesome as hell (needs more attention lowk)

2ND UPDATE: as of now i've completed all levels minus X as each character. i've cleared about 7 levels in X as Miss Noir and i have to say it's very hit-or-miss. a couple of them are pretty rewarding and simple, but the rest so far are just a slog that feel more like ragebait level designs than a fun challenge. i honestly feel like level 9 was a perfect stopping point for the Kaizo gameplay and gameplay in general. this game has more than enough replayability that level X's new game plus with high stakes feels a bit overboard. it really gets in the way of me wanting to switch to Hard mode and go for V-ranks, i've already giving up on getting all achievements so this is just the nail in the coffin i guess. ALL OF THIS SAID i'm very satisfied with the unique experience Vividlope brought me, it was overall a pleasure getting to know the game and its aesthetic! UPDATE: might as well headline this by saying i was pretty heated trying to get all S-ranks, esp. in Ecru's story mode, so my criticisms are a little harsh. after i had to stop playing (lest i exploded) the other night, i have returned to it and managed to get through without too much trouble! the thing i said about buggy enem…

Feels like a hidden gem made by some japanese studio for PSP.
