This game is amazing. From the gameplay to the lore, this game is for casual and hardcore gamers alike. The lore is extremely rich and deep and it will keep you invested. I recommend this to anyone.19 found this helpful
Permute is a badly made minimalist, low poly first person 3D puzzle platformer. Gameplay consists of jumping along a platformer course to reach the end, but with a twist, jumping changes the orientation of some of the platformers (hence their "permutations"). There's an annoying soundtrack and through some form of incompetence from the developer, the option to toggle the BGM off doesn't actually work. In fact the game doesn't work for many, again due to zero interest in software testing, the game won't launch through Steam, you have to go launch it as administrator (seems a little suspicious), otherwise it crashes to desktop on launch. If you do get into the game, you're going to be disappointed. While you can set the game resolution and even customise the game controls, there's no other interface tweaks at all, so there's no way to improve the lacklustre visuals. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of …2 found this helpful
