This is not worth £8. The environment is tiny. It took me all of a one minute to look around.25 found this helpful
A brilliant piece of eye candy from this young studio, in which it presents its potential to the world in a nutshell. The game element is indeed missing in this software. However, the photorealistic design of light and shadows create a breathtaking effect. The atmospheric context is completed with appropriate ambient sounds, inside and outside the apartment. Definitely worth the £8, even if it just buys them a cup of coffee.2 found this helpful

I guess a lot of effort has been put into making this look pretty, but it's barely a tech demo, and should probably be free, with some future game or larger environment being sold for profit. I'm not sure why, but the scale is way off when I play it (Valve Index, steamVR, gtx5080), and I'm basically a giant. I'm not tall in real life, but in this 'game', I can't even fit on the spiral staircase without my head poking through the steps above, and the toilet and chairs look like they were sized for toddlers. There are no settings, but I found that while pressing the "A" button, my height was lowered to something more believable, but as soon as I released it, I popped back up to giant status. Even on a high-end gaming rig, this game took around 2-3 minutes to load, with no visual feedback during that time - the only way I knew it wasn't crashed was that the 'Next Up' banner was periodcally very jerky while the graphics card was busy loading new textures - this game really needs a loading progress bar, so that people know it is still alive, and it needs settings, to adjust height/scale. The promo video here on steam shows a number of elements and image quality that were …1 found this helpful
Like a non polished demo.1 found this helpful
I was very intrigued when I first saw this, the level of detail in the environment seemed too good to be true. I wasn't expecting much in terms of variety, but the realism shown would definitely make up for that. That is, if it opened at all. I've tried several times to open this app, but it crashes every time. I'll cop it up to the "Recommended Specs" being way too low to run something like this.1 found this helpful
