VR Mini Bowling returns in this new and improved installment! VR Mini Bowling 2 brings the addition of Powerups, which completely change the way the game is played in this cross between bowling and mini golf!
Please Note: If you already own VR Mini Bowling 1, you can use the 'Mini Bowling Upgrade Bundle' to buy VRMB2 at a lower price. If you do not yet own VRMB1, then I only recommend buying VRMB2 as it contains everything that VRMB1 has, plus more!

Improvements:
- Automatically pick up the ball by pressing the trigger. You no longer have to reach out and grab it (you still can if you want to though...)
- Re-imagined environments with improved visuals

- When playing multiplayer, you can now switch players whenever you want. Each player can play thru all lanes at once, switch every 1 lane, every 3 lanes, etc.
- Multiplayer scoreboards available on all lanes
Standard Mode:
The newest game mode! Use powerups to boost your game and try to get the highest score possible!
No Powerups Mode:
Normal bowling rules apply, and no powerups are available. Try to get the highest score possible!
Stroke Play Mode:
This mode will put your skills to the test! Use powerups to you help knock down all of the pins in as few throws as possible.
Rush Play Mode:
Speed is the key in this mode. Knock down all of the pins as quickly as possible! You get unlimited throws in this mode so fire away!
Normal Bowling Mode:
Feel like changing it up and playing a regular game of bowling? You can! Play with or without Powerups, try Active Spin mode (you change the spin on the ball as it goes down the lane) and even change the oil pattern on the lane!

If you enjoyed the first VR Mini Bowling game, then you'll definitely enjoy this follow up. I had fun and I think it's something that would be enjoyable for the whole family. There are 5 (10 lane) courses, along with 5 different modes. You have your standard mode with power-ups, a mode without power-ups, stroke mode (which counts the amount of strokes to get all pins down), timed mode, and finally just normal (traditional) bowling. The power-ups include wacky things like making the bowling ball a lot bigger or have it split up into three bowling balls, a fast ball, and a bowling ball with an orbiting smaller bowling ball. You can teleport around the area. You press trigger to automatically get the bowling ball to your hand. The physics are not realistic, but it's arcade fun anyways. You can unlock various looking bowling balls by completing tasks. You can play local multiplayer with up to 4 players. There are online leaderboards as well for each mode and course. I like the concept of this game and it can be quite fun, but it has a game breaking bug: > If you press the button to pick up the bowling ball too early, the game will not let you pick it up at all. Thus forcing you to restart. If it happened rarely I could ignore it, but it happens fairly constantly; Even when I tried to avoid it by waiting for the bowling ball to fully reload to attempt to pick it up.1 found this helpful
It's a shame that there are only 6 reviews and almost zero discussions, because this game is a small gem in the SteamVR canon. It's sad that the Dev(s) do not take in reviews, which usually isn't a great sign for success. As an illustrator, I know that communication is always important. The pros on the game are the physics, graphics and creativity. A lot of thought was put into this. The weakness- lack of clear interface (VR M B 2 is the best of Dev's games). Regardless, if anyone reads this, VR Mini Bowl 2 is a must buy as it is fun! This game deserves more attention!
