About War Cube

War Cube is a strategy game, each team is on a face of the cube and the player must turn sideways to position your troops so that they stop in an attacking position, being behind or beside the enemy.

There are two game modes, Battle and Convoy.

In Battle mode, all sides of the cube are against you, be the only survivor.

In Convoy mode, your goal and defeat all enemy soldiers but at the same time protect the team that is disarmed, a soldier killed unarmed results in a failed mission.

Boring, I get the unique idea of the 'cube' but it's not enough. Grab it for some trading cards and that's about it.

WAR CUBE, developed and published by Artur Rezende, is a minimalist strategy title built around a deceptively simple but intellectually demanding concept: warfare fought across the six faces of a rotating cube. Rather than offering sprawling maps, complex resource systems, or cinematic presentation, the game strips strategy down to its spatial core. The battlefield is literally a cube, and the player’s primary tactical tool is the ability to rotate that cube to reposition units and manipulate angles of engagement. The result is an abstract yet methodical experience that rewards foresight, geometric awareness, and calculated positioning. At its foundation, WAR CUBE operates as a turn-based tactical puzzle. Each team occupies a face of the cube, and conflict arises when units are positioned adjacent to or behind enemy forces. Because the cube can be rotated, what begins as a defensive configuration may instantly become an exposed flank if the orientation changes. Does not actually support Linux despite it being listed on the store page - there is 0 bytes to download. That should really be something Steam automatically flags... oh well, it looks pretty bad anyway.

For a "War Cube" it's highly ineffective at actual warfare.
