I have played this game since 2018. I have always enjoyed games in this genre. As the game development has progressed I have become increasingly disillusioned. Shameful that a company fails, repeatedly, to consider "client" retention as a part of their strategy. The game has become completely pay to win, fails any quality of life metric, has become extremely buggy, and is quite honestly no longer worth the time investment, let alone monetary investment. At this juncture, I don't think the devs have any idea about QOL for players. I think they are bound by a company mandate that involves only fiscal return. Shame, shame. They finally released an update that actually made players feel like they could advance in the game - players who pay and players that don't - and they immediately took it away. Very short sighted. Good luck keeping people invested in your product.

Sht game that locks you out of faction wars randomly and steals your money and stash items. Don't waste your time or money, and it costs a lot of money if you want to do anything other than look around and get attacked. Every single update includes a number of new features that no one wants but also includes twice as many "undocumented" features that include broken things that used to work. Also, they never repair any of the broken things except if the payment feature is broken and even that doesn't work 100%. It's like a game that's in development that never gets developed. It was better on day one than it is today. Play anything else and don't waste your money here. This is a pay to play game, make no mistake.
