About Warbands: Bushido
Warbands: Bushido is a tactical miniatures board game where you command samurai, ninja, and mercenaries across beautiful hand-painted battlefields in 16th century Japan, mixing fast-paced card-driven combat with dice-rolling intensity. Stand out for its dual nature—engaging multiplayer skirmishes rival classic wargames like Warmachine, while story-driven single-player scenarios deliver tactical RPG depth with 50+ uniquely paintable units set against the atmospheric Warring States period.

Warbands:Bushido is a miniatures board game arena with cards, miniatures, dice (i.e. dice random involved) and beautiful terrains to fight on, with both multiplayer battles boardgamers are used to, and challenging single-player scenarios.
Game has a isometric, tabletop-style look with miniature-style characters, cards, dice, pre-rendered battlefields and story-mode scenarios. There will be more than 50 various paintable units and heroes planned for full-scale release and later additions. Multiplayer skirmish will let you test your skills in best traditions of tabletop wargame classics like Warmachine or Mordheim with a fast-paced Hearthstone-like gameplay. While single-player scenarios with their own characters and events, are highly influenced by classic tactical turn-based RPGs.

Game background - is the story of civil war in 16th century Japan, known as “Warring States period”. Samurais and ronins, criminals of all sorts, ninja clans, Chinese pirates, Portuguese mercenaries and firearms traders, all trying to benefit from anarchy and conflict. It is hard to find a more atmospheric and dense setting for a tactical board games.

I really do not like this many times repeated schema, that I buy (single player) game, I have to be online to play it, and in the end I will even lose the game I paid for when company decide to take down those servers (that serve who knows what purpose for single player game) ... PS: I still remember times of owning CD/DVD, cartridges, so this online shady business really ugly thing15 found this helpful
Servers Will Be Closed Soon. so unplayable in future.13 found this helpful
Good tactical game, nice balance, nice graphics. A few minor improvements could have done in the GUI such as not placing the button to signal problems near the surrender one (would prevent miscliks). Sadly I discovered the game way too late, few days ago, and servers are closed now.1 found this helpful
