The game is dead, no online play possible. I tried to play a ranked match against a real opponent and never got into a match.2 found this helpful
As much as I like this game (and the board game), it’s extremely outdated, no players (most of the fun comes from the multiplayer which is not possible due to no players), abandonware, buggy as hell, and really expensive. Don’t buy it unless it’s €5 or less and you really want to try it. Just hope and pray for a sequel updated to Underworlds 2.0.1 found this helpful

Play the board game version which I belioeve is on of the best multiplayer games I have. This allows me to have a simple game when nobody else is available to play. Its a pity that its not supported anymore. New boards and warbands would be ggreat to keep the interest higfh.1 found this helpful
Let me tell you my final game i was winning. I killed half of enemies troopers on final round when game finish hi pull a card and add points in the end we have same point and it's a draw.
WAAAGH!!!
