About Watch_Dogs™
Play as a brilliant hacker seeking revenge in Chicago, using your smartphone to manipulate the city's entire digital infrastructure—traffic lights, security cameras, trains, and more—as weapons against your enemies. Blend hacking and combat as you navigate a massive open world with dynamic physics-based driving, rooftop parkour, and seamless multiplayer invasions that blur the line between single-player and multiplayer gameplay.
In Watch_Dogs, this system is called the Central Operating System (CTOS) – and it controls almost every piece of the city’s technology and holds key information on all of the city’s residents.
You play as Aiden Pearce, a brilliant hacker and former thug, whose criminal past led to a violent family tragedy. Now on the hunt for those who hurt your family, you'll be able to monitor and hack all who surround you by manipulating everything connected to the city’s network. Access omnipresent security cameras, download personal information to locate a target, control traffic lights and public transportation to stop the enemy…and more.
Use the city of Chicago as your ultimate weapon and exact your own style of revenge.
KEY FEATURES
HACK THE CITY
Watch_Dogs takes place in a fully simulated living city where, using your smartphone, you have real-time control over the city’s infrastructure. Anything connected to the city’s CTOS can become your weapon.

Take down enemies by delivering devastating blows with your baton, or experience a shoot-out like never before with a physics simulation that rivals anything in the shooter category. Use a combination of shooting and hacking to gain advantage in any given situation. The streets are designed for you to create your own plan of attack. Overall, you will have access to more than 30 traditional weapons.

What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise the game's unique story, solid gameplay mechanics, and overall enjoyment despite some rougher edges and a gap between marketing and final product. Common complaints include physics issues, technical problems like crashes, occasional bugs, and missing features that were advertised, though most players find these flaws minor compared to the game's strengths.
Amazing game...I just wish I could experience it with more FPS...not the game's fault...it's my laptops
The game physics are not much good but apart from that If u look at the story and the gameplay mechanics its one of the best and unique approaches of playing a game.
Honestly I enjoyed the game alot. Couple years back played Watch Dogs 2 on Xbox enjoyed it alot. I was curious about the first title afterwards and bought it on a sale. I was not disapointed. Im not judgy about graphics or other stuff but after just completing the main story the ending felt apropriate. I had little to no bugs during my gameplay and i'll probably try to do the game on 100% later. It's unfortunate that it's not as cinematic how it were shown in teasers and trailers. Some of the features i didn't really get to use. Altough even if the game could have been more polished this is one of the best titles of ubisoft when they still knew how to create games. tl;dr The game is good and won't disapoint. There are some rougher edges and disapointments but they are rather miniscule and doesn't aftect the enjoyment.
Ran once. Then any time i try to open it, immediate crash. Tried everything to fix it. Nothing works. Pirated copy works just fine surprisingly.
