Welcome to Wet Dog Corp! The only corporation that pays you to wash our dogs.
Race against the clock and clean up these mucky pups! Dirty dogs are rolling in and it’s your job to wash them down, get them dry, and send them back out into the world. It’s a simple task… until it’s not.

"Wet Dog Corp" is a student project from the Ringling College of Art and Design in Florida. This is really just a glorified VR tech demo, unfortunately. What do you do in the game? The cute premise of the game is your clean up dirty dogs in a production line environment, which might work if someone made a Cook, Serve, Delicious type dog cleaning business sim, but unfortunately this is more shallow as you just stand there and wave your arms around in VR to lob various "cleaners" at the dogs. Shame, really. The graphics in this game are really quite good, which at least makes the game look more appealing. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. Simple, silly, short tower defense disguised as a dog-washing game. The throwing physics and explosion radius on the balls are generous enough to keep it challenging but fun. The dog variants are cute. About the only criticism I have is that the difficulty is a bit much right at the start, but once you figure it out it's a fun challenge trying to keep up with the multiple queues of muddy mutts. It's quite fun but surprisingly difficult. You have to multitask a lot because the dogs come at you very quickly. Runs fine on my GTX 1050 Ti over Meta Quest Airlink.
