In Who's Lila, a specifically trained face-recognizing neural network allows you to make this choice! In dialogue, instead of choosing a text option, input facial expressions by moving parts of the character’s face. The neural network will then analyze the emotion and output the result, thus progressing the plot.

Enjoyable game with a silly technical implementation. First off, I really liked the game. The gameplay, the world, the visual representation, everything in that regard is great! But what the game requires you to do made me hate it. You have to run additional programs. It's annoying without multiple monitors and even more annoying if you're not on Windows and have to use some workaround to run and connect both programs. Then there is a part for which you have to adjust your system clock. How the developers deemed this viable in a time where many programs are cloud connected and file sync is widespread puzzles me. If you ever want to play this game, use a VM or wait for a better version like DDLC Plus which solved these things with a virtual desktop environment.2 found this helpful
At Will's interrogation scene, I would save and reload at each question, trying to manipulate his confidence level and emotions to control the outcomes. By forcing different reactions to the detectives' questions, I was able to coerce information out of Will just as the detectives were attempting to do with their psychological tricks, hijacking the interrogation for my own investigation. This is how you write a "smart" metanarrative. The interweaving of the central gameplay gimmick and story is supreme. Who's Lila is definitely not perfect, but if you don't want your "weird" game to suck, then play this first and take lots of notes.1 found this helpful

This game cemented itself as one of my favourite of all time. Interesting main mechanic with a little bit of everything else sprinkled in... Though, please do note it uses generative AI for most of the faces... despite this I still think the passion that went into it outweighs the negatives of this, I do wish we could get an AI-free version with new faces though
A wonderful, weird, artsy point-and-click. A joy to uncover, bit by bit. Quite a buggy game however and in some ways a bit frustrating and unpolished. I love it, warts and all.
Uhhh... Dunno? I know who Wheeliam is though.
