About Witchtastic
Witchtastic is a challenging 2-4 player coop game about brewing and delivering magic potions as fast as possible - play on the same couch or over the internet. Take on the role of aspiring witches and experience charming adventures. Need a break from all the yelling of your friends? You can train in a single player campaign as well! Gather ingredients such as deadly nightshade, garlic or mushrooms and throw them into the boiling cauldron. Quick and accurate communication is the key to success. Master dozens of recipes and embark on a magical journey. If you are ever in need of assistance, your trusted companion Owly is always eager to give you and your mates useful advice. But be wary of the dangers on your journey: Haunted forests, hungry wolves, deadly swamps and many more are waiting for you.

When I first played it solo, it was definitely far more difficult and had to quit half way before the third chapter. If you like similar games like Overcooked, I think you'll enjoy this game. I really enjoy Witchtastic! I haven't actually played since they added more to the base game in 2025, but prior to that update, I completed the game with 1 friend, and am working on completing it with another. :) If you like games similar to Overcooked or PlateUp, but with a cute witchy/cat theme, you'll enjoy this. Also, I will update this review once I've played the new updated content later. Sometimes the controls feel a bit clunky, but it might also just be me, user error. I am very used to overcooked controls and this is a tad different in feel. Overall, I do recommend this game as a fun co-operative game with friends, great anytime of the year, but especially Halloween. 🐈⬛🎃1 found this helpful
After playing and spectating 'Let's cook together' and having a blast, I found this on special and gave it a run. The kids didn't like it at all, and I also thought it was crap. Uninstalled and have just found it collecting dust in my games list. Now hiding from the list so I don't have remember again just how disappointed we all were. So disappointed that I'm writing this review in the hope others don't go down the rabbit hole of cooking games that claim to be fun but aren't. Six thumbs down from this family.
Great fun and, while it does include a lot of yelling and whooping, is somehow FAR less likely to ruin friendships than similar cooking based titles
