Very good and addictive idle game and I've played a LOT of them. There are tons of heroes, foes, pets and skills to discover along with cooking, breeding, playing cards, optimizing equipment, etc. If you're into collecting things and looking for the best combinations, WW2 will hook you hundreds of hours. It is OK to play for free but you may support dev by spending a few bucks for some bonus. Definitely worth a try.

Wizard's Wheel 2 is an old-school idle game. You have to turn on the computer and run the battles though your recruited characters do the battles by themselves. Each character has a passive and an active skill. You have to actively manage the inventory, check the tavern, train the heroes and do other things.

+ you can play for free and there will be plenty of cash shop gems to claim if you play it normally for a while. - unintuitive weapon scaling, people focusing on upgrading their best lategame weapons will realize its better to upgrade earlier worse weapons because the upgrades are cheaper, doesn't make much sense to me. - incredibly repetetive, and you can't really afk entirely, you need to be present every 30 minutes or so to click buttons. Exiting the game gives you some kind of rested bonus when you get back but it's not much. - retaining builds for your party when timewarping and ascending should be automatic, clicking all those buttons between timewarps is really bad. Now ofcourse you could do such an easy area (which for some reason gives about the same time mana reward anyway per minute) and not be bothered by the auto equip function giving you less than the ideal weapons for your loadout. That's about 3 wrongs making a right?
