Barely functional, and not amazingly gripping based on what little I could see of the game. I know this is an older title, but I think you'd have more luck trying to be an actual basketball manager than playing this game-ified version of it. Crashes, bugs, dysfunctional buttons and lacklustre gameplay. There's no reason to play this.
As steam says I have played this game for 5 hours and all of those were trying to restart career and not crash on first game. waste of money.
Worst game ever, slow not playable and it looks like Microsoft Word.

Tags: Tycoon&Simulator&Sim&City Additional Tag: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Archaic spreadsheet management game with no tutorials, endless loading animations and unengaging execution. This is an excel spreadsheet management game, made unusable by a buggy interface, with no tutorial anyways so you are lost right away. I tried loading mental attributes of canadian players and the game just kept loading forever... They re-released this as World Basketball Manager Tycoon, but its the same with a fake tycoon graphical interface for the buildings and everything else is still spreadsheets
