Starting the game you can take control of your favorite club and national team and lead them to glory.
In your new job as the clubs manager, you will have control of all the team's departments, the transfers, the players' training and every other aspect of a basketball club. And when the match day comes, you must select the perfect line up and give the right orders to counter the opposing manager’s plans and lead your players to victory. It’s unfortunate to leave a negative review, but it has to be done. WBM2 is an old-school sports manager. I appreciated the vast number of leagues, text-based match commentaries, and tactics that actually impact the results. However, there are simply too many bugs. Honestly, it’s one of the buggiest games I’ve ever played. Yes, it was made by a small team, probably with a very limited budget, but in that case, it’s better not to release a game at all than to launch something so unfinished. On top of that, the game lacks some small but important features, like a club's transfer history, a list of trophies won by players, and so on. Updates for the game are very rare, and I doubt these issues will ever be fixed. I had high hopes for this game. It partly met them, but I cannot give a positive review to such an incomplete product.3 found this helpful
Had high hopes for this one. Totally unplayable. The game crashed as soon as i started playing, i gave it another chance, it crashed again.. Another unsuccessful basketball management game. Waste of time and money.1 found this helpful
How do you make a game about being a basketball coach with...well, no coaching? For all the quotes from all time great coaches you would expect you could at least change your defensive schemes, overall offensive schemes, etc. NOPE. You basically just read what happens, as you sub guys in and out. During timeouts you can call literally ONE PLAY. The rest of it is just sitting there, watching your guys flounder a lead, or fall completely out of competition, even though you see what is going wrong, but you are helpless to do anything about it. I tried this game because I like these manager games, but goodness even the DREADFUL PBM 2017 had more options than this. Yes, the game does run relatively quick for all the leagues, but boy is it a snoozefest. All the excitement of checking the box scores, but for $9.99 instead of free. I just cannot fathom how you make a basketball game, with absolutely no strategy or adjustment to it. It boggles the mind. I guess the strategy could be from offseason trading, but 5 minutes of simulation between games, just to watch another menu leaves little incentive to play for that long. Bought this game for 3.00$.Base of player is OK,system too but game is slow-slow as turtle. You need to wait 2 minutes for simulating 1 week .Regular price is 10$ but....I do not want to waste more money like this.
some ok stuf but this game have a huge flaws on the salary sistem
