武林志（Wushu Chronicles）

I'm writing a review early because, I'd love to share that [u][b]this game now has an english fan translation mod which you should be able to find on Nexus mods. Its called Wushu Chronicles English Translation by Devilzreject.[/b][/u] The mod translation is pretty good so far like even cutscenes subtitles are translated but some little unnecessary interfaces still remain non translated like the early pop guides that introduce you to game but its no big issue honestly. Everything feels perfectly clear for me so far and that's coming from someone who doesn't even know chinese abc. [spoiler]Hint: you can always use google lens on mobile or DeepL for these few untranslated stuff if you want. [/spoiler] As for the game, so far the game feels so much like a singleplayer turnbased Age of Wushu/9Yin. It feels a bit less extensive than AoW but still lots of fun so I'll leave it on thumbs up recommend for now. At its current 70% off sale, feels like a good price, too. [b]I'll try to update to a more detailed review after I've played a bit more of it later.[/b]

Played the game years ago semi-finished with promise of update to the storyline. Years later, the game did in fact update but by the time I got to try playing it, the game enters the loading screen up to 80% with music only to crash back onto the desktop. Remembered the game to have decent game play and an immersive story line, it is a shame to see such work go to waste. For anyone buying the game, test immediately and if it doesn't work, ask for refund immediately.

DO NOT GET THIS GAME, if you have a newer than the 7000 series amd graphics cards then dont get this game. I made a post i nthe disscussions about this too but i used to be able to play this game just fine and recently i upgraded to a 9070xt. I hadnt played this game in a while so i started it back up only for it to crash before it got to the main menu. I tried looking up this problem and coudlnt find anything since this game isnt very big in the west so nothing on google would come up except for others having this exact same problem but no solution. Well, im in a discord that talks about this game and the only solution that we have now is to revert your amd adrenaline drivers to version 24.5.1. Well, i looked it up trying to make sure i could roll back to that version but my graphics card isnt listed as being compatible wit hthat version and i would have to force install it which i dont know if that would break my drivers or cause issues or not but i dont think its worth it for this one game. if you have a 7000 series then you could go for it and see if it works but if you have a newer one then this game is actually unplayable. it also seems the devs arent really supporting it any…

interesting game, as chinese wuxia games in my opinions weren't just only games but including trandional things and helping people to have benovelant heart, really like thai buddhism^^''. I really like playing chinese wuxia games, even right now I haven't been able to read chinese text yet. It would be better if u guys can include english language in this game, xie xie niii^^
