About Yankee Rabbits

The end of the world wasn’t aliens, plagues, or nukes. It was Yankee Rabbits — pink, bat-swinging humanoid nightmares in track jackets. They rolled into town, flattened humanity, and now strut around like they own the place. Spoiler: they do.The only “law” left is Satsuko — a deeply corrupt cop who cut a deal with the rabbits to keep her spot in the city. She doesn’t side with you. She doesn’t fight the rabbits. Instead, she blames you for everything they do and makes a habit of attacking you just to add insult to injury. And then there’s you — a mysterious anime girl somehow stuck with the job of taking these rabbits down. Ten stages. Ten rounds each. Nine rounds of increasingly smug bunnies, then one boss fight so unhinged it looks like someone hit “randomize” on the design doc and shipped it anyway. The catch? The art is cute. The fights are not. You’ll be laughing at the rabbits one moment and begging for mercy the next. That whiplash is the entire point.Clear the main mode and things only get worse: Survival Mode pits you against endless waves until your willpower disintegrates, while Free Run Mode turns the game into a double-jumping, platforming obstacle course nightmare. Some Free Run courses will be free. Some will be paid. All will be questionable decisions you’ll somehow enjoy. So here it is: anime girl with guns, rabbits with bats, bosses with too many particle effects, and a crooked cop who hates you almost as much as the rabbits do. It’s silly, it’s brutal, it’s nonsense — and it’s exactly what it should be.

  • Classic Mode – 10 stages × 10 rounds of rabbit beatdowns, capped off with boss fights that shouldn’t legally exist.
  • Survival Mode – Endless waves until you break, rage-quit, or achieve enlightenment.
  • Free Run Mode – Double jumps, absurd platforming, and post-launch course packs (some free, some paid).
  • Ranking System – Clear faster, earn an S-Rank, and then explain to your friends why you cared.
  • Gap Moe Aesthetic – Cute visuals vs. merciless difficulty. Laugh, then cry.
  • Satsuko, the Worst Cop Alive – A crooked officer who attacks you while blaming you for everything. Thanks, Satsuko.

It looks like a goofy or crazy game, but the rules, hit detection, and controls are actually well designed. The pace is fast and the difficulty is pretty challenging.

Interesting and not bad, feels like something I'd play at an arcade for a few minutes every time I drop by.
