An exceptionally good sokoban game which I can easily recommend.3 found this helpful
Yugo Puzzle is a such a solid indie puzzle game experience. From the presentation to the gameplay to the amount of content for the asking price, I thoroughly enjoyed this one from start to finish.1 found this helpful
Great. Lots of "a-ha" moments
A very clever game but also quite hard. And since it's a puzzle game you cannot "get good" as you can in an action game, where most of the time you understand what you need to do but pulling it off is the problem. So you can just keep trying until your muscle memory and reflexes become good enough. But in a puzzle game you either are able to figure it out, or you aren't. So when you're stuck all you can do is turn to a walkthrough. Which completely trivializes the task. So if players will need help at some points anyway, good puzzle game design should incorporate a hint system, so players don't need to leave the game to get help. Incremental hints, with a cool down system so players try on their own instead of checking all hints at once. Yugo Puzzle has two hints per level, with three available per day. This basically turns it into a daily game, like Wordle for example, which you come back to every day. The brilliant design is why you want to play this game. The elegant hint system is what makes it accessible.
I can already sense this will be great.
so hard but in a good way
