About Yuri's Resolve

Stranded in the relentless orbit of Mars, Yuri’s Resolve is a single-player factory-building odyssey that dares you to rebuild, survive, and forge a path home. As the sole survivor of a catastrophic mission failure, you’ll salvage wreckage and mine minerals from the fractured remains of Phobos, transforming them into intricate manufacturing systems through sheer ingenuity.

At the core of Yuri’s Resolve is a richly detailed system featuring nearly 1,000 chemical formulas, resources, and manufacturing recipes, all rooted in real-world chemistry and physics. Every production chain rewards meticulous planning and creative experimentation as you refine raw materials into advanced components. Build sprawling factories in zero-gravity, mastering unique challenges like realistic thermodynamics, authentic power systems, and innovative logistics—without conveyor belts in space, you’ll rethink industrial design from the ground up.

Pilot your fully interactive space forklift from an immersive cockpit, your vital lifeline in the void. Navigate treacherous debris fields, haul salvage, and assemble your factory piece by piece in a dynamic 3D environment. With intuitive controls, every maneuver—whether aligning a new module or weaving through Phobos’ scattered wreckage—feels precise and rewarding. Spaceflight blends realistic physics with responsive, dynamic gameplay for a thrilling experience. Your forklift isn’t just a tool; it’s your steadfast partner in survival.

Beyond the machinery, Yuri’s Resolve crafts a gripping narrative of determination. A catastrophic corruption has shattered the schematic database, leaving the index for all manufacturing recipes in ruins—though the core data survives. Your path forward lies in training AI modules to sift through the chaos and recover lost blueprints. Gather research data from your manufacturing processes to train, clone, or refine these modules, tailoring their specializations to unlock the recipes you need. Every choice shapes your journey, blending ingenuity with the relentless pursuit of hope.

If you’re hooked on factory-building games like Factorio or Satisfactory but yearn for a fresh twist, Yuri’s Resolve could be your next obsession. Its hard-science depth, immersive cockpit-driven gameplay, and unique orbital challenges distinguish it in the genre. Rebuild from desolation, one formula at a time, and dive into a factory-building adventure that feels as vast as the cosmos.
Yuri’s Resolve is a passion-driven indie project born four years ago by a solo developer. Before building a successful career as a software engineer, I was captivated by science. Creating this game has been my way of exploring the chemistry and physics I never pursued professionally, and the journey has taught me more than I ever imagined. Two years ago, I teamed up with a long-time friend whose artistry brings the game’s visuals to life. If you love what you see, add Yuri’s Resolve to your wishlist to show your support! Stay tuned for more updates as we approach release. Interested in beta testing? Keep checking the store page and join the journey.
