Zector 7 is a cross of Unturned meets DayZ. Its all around a fun game with many options, and not to insane to follow, and/or get into. Has a great price point, and the gameplay is fun. While the game still requires optimising, and bug fixing, it is a SOLID start to a possible future gem! Had potential, but seems abandoned, to bad. Never buy ea-games not worth it...

Nice game so far, definitely needs polish but honestly, I'm already impressed by what I'm looking at ! Some features are missing such as key rebinding (as I don't use a QWERTY keyboard but an AZERTY one, though that's fixed by switching windows' keyboard layout to english, which I do frequently because of the sheer amount of games that just don't have a QWERTY/AZERTY/otherkeyboardpattern toggle but that's fine, it's not necessarily a point *against* the game in particular, especially how early it is in its development) Things like gun modding is not particularly intuitive for a new player and there is no guide support yet on youtube nor in the discord that's... *fairly* dead for the time being, but again, not necessarily something to hold against the game as it doesn't seem to have picked up in popularity yet (maybe the next Steam Fest, eh ?) Given the graphic style, it's not particularly surprising but it runs amazing, especially on my PC, though I do have a beefy one but I'm not worried at all for people with much lower end configs (I should test if it can be run on integrated graphics, for funsies...) Back when this title first released into Early Access, I played the Prologue. The game was obviously very early alpha but, there was something tickling memories in the back of my mind. Despite the large number of bugs and broken game mechanics, I was intrigued. I went ahead and bought a copy of the game and started playing it coop with a friend. After a few hours it dawned on me... This was the first game I had played in a very long time that offered a science fiction sense of wonder at the world around me and a desire to find answers behind what I was seeing. It was what I would feel as a child, reading Heinlein and Asimov. It was the experience I had in the early '90s while playing Out of This World. I'm not gonna kid anyone here, there were some crazy bugs to deal with when we first played this. The buggies would literally drive off the wheels, floating along while the wheels remained where the vehicle was parked... that level of bugs. But, I and my coop friend had a lot of fun for under $10. Around 30 hours, in fact. Now, I see that a sizable content patch has been released and I'm smiling at the promise of playing this again and seeing if that sense of wonder and fun continu…

Although new to the platform with some kinks, overall I had a fun time playing and getting immersed into this game. Crafting is intuitive and it keeps you hooked, looking for the next addition to your base, and the next task to complete to unlock the deeper story line. Great price point, looking forward to playing more!
