✦ AI summary

Frozenheim is a Viking-themed RTS that offers engaging town-building and combat gameplay with a solid campaign, though it has notable rough edges that hold it back. Players praise the addictive building mechanics and variety of structures, but commonly complain about resource scarcity (particularly trees depleting too quickly), sluggish combat with poor attack warnings, and clunky controls with poorly balanced speed settings. Most reviewers suggest it's worth picking up as a budget title, though some feel it needs polish to reach its full potential.

Gathering resources especially trees is a nightmare an area of 7-8 trees lasts about 2 minutes and is gone in 2 minutes also there is an option for the woodsman to find and collect wood himself but this did not happen. The combat is slow and there is not much to warn you or tell you that an enemy is attacking your village. It is a shame as a bit of TLC here and there and it would have been a great game.

The cheap gem. No big expectations here but it has its fun.

Pretty clunky clicking stuff. Speed settings are either too slow or too fast. Clans were not interesting.

Frozenheim is a great game, if you enjoy building up towns and fighting other armies this is the game for you. As a fan of RTS games such as Age Of Empires this has really scratched an Itch when it comes to Viking themed games. The music is enjoyable, I feel like there is a lot to offer, I have defintley intended to play for two hours and six hours later I am still playing this is always welcome. Gameplay is fun and responsive I never ran into any bugs, I think there is a lot of buildings enough to feel like the settlement you make is not to much copy and paste. I enjoyed the main story too it was a nice introduction to the game where as many others do not put that much thought into it. I would recommend.
